They are real...and they're spectacular!

skin care company says TERI HATCHER hasn't paid it enough lip service. Hydroderm filed a lawsuit against the Desperate Housewives star yesterday, alleging that Hatcher violated an endorsement deal when she promoted a competing lip plumper. The filing also alleges that she pushed other unspecified products, adding, quote, "Hatcher's name, image and likeness have been linked to so many competitors' products (at least 17!) that it is anyone's guess as to what product keeps her skin and lips youthful." Hydroderm wants Hatcher to fork over 2.4 million bucks, the value of her deal.

An attorney for the actress, who turns 43 this weekend, claims that Hatcher lived up to the 2005 agreement with Hydroderm and that she will recover, quote, "everything she is owed under her contract, as well as compensatory and punitive damages for Hydroderm's outrageous accusations."

MELORA HARDIN, who plays Jan on NBC's The Office, will star in the big-screen comedy 17, in which MATTHEW PERRY plays a man who wakes up one day to find he's 17 years old again. Hardin will play the principal of the school where Perry enrolls along with his children. ZAC EFRON and former Buffy star MICHELLE TRACHTENBERG has also signed onto the film. Last night's episode of Desperate Housewives could be the last new one viewers see for a long time. ABC has one new finished episode of the hit series left to broadcast, but won't say when that will happen. Reports say the network wanted to air it to begin a whole run of new episodes, but there aren't any other fresh episodes after the next one because of the writers' strike.
