Showtime's hit series Dexter is moving to the CBS Television Network. Well, sort of. The series, which stars MICHAEL C. HALL as a police forensics examiner who moonlights as a serial killer, just wrapped up its second season on Showtime. Beginning Sunday, February 17th, CBS -- which owns Showtime -- will air all 12 episodes of Dexter's first season. It replaces the JAMES WOODS legal drama Shark, which will return later in the year. This marks the first time a full season of a top cable drama series will be shown on network television. There could be another Mole sighting on ABC this summer, thanks to the continued scramble for new content as the WGA strike wears on. According to Variety, ABC is resurrecting the reality series, even though it hasn't aired in four years. However, the new edition will not feature celebrities, as the previous two seasons had. THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS filed suit against Showtime Networks and the creator and executive producer of the new series Californication yesterday for unfair competition involving alleged misuse of the band's intellectual property. Californication, of course, is the title of the Chili Peppers' 1999 album. The suit seeks a permanent injunction barring Showtime from using the word californication in its TV program, music or memorabilia. RHCP frontman ANTHONY KIEDIS says, quote, "For some TV show to come along and steal our identity is not right." The suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and seeks unspecified damages.

CNN personality NANCY GRACE gave birth to twins Sunday in Atlanta. Grace and her husband, banker DAVID LINCH, are now the parents of a girl named ELIZABETH and a boy named JOHN. Doctors induced labor two months before the due date after finding fluid in Grace's lungs. They told Grace giving birth early would be better for her health, as well as the children's. A spokeswoman for CNN said mother and babies are all doing well and Grace plans to return to her hosting duties as soon as possible...
