Save the Cheerleader....

Someone needs to save the cheerleader from Japanese authorities. Heroes star HAYDEN PANETTIERE tells E! News that a warrant has been issued for her arrest in Japan, where she and other activists protested the hunting of dolphins by fishermen late last month.

An emotional Panettiere and others were seen protesting on surfboards in video footage that was widely circulated on the Internet. The 18-year-old actress doesn't sound too concerned by the arrest warrant -- when asked about its consequences, she told E! News, quote, "Potentially jail, but I doubt it." She also said she'd consider joining another protest in the future.
